speed challenge

I admired the color, texture, and reflections that Stone used.

I like the broad view that my shot gives.
I think it's amazing because the shot allowed my editing to enhace it's color.
I used vibrance.
This challenge was enjoyable to me.
I used color and harmony.

Abstract images

1) My favorite shot is the last one. It's actually hair but it's pretty hard to tell what it is.
2) This photo shows clear texture, form, and shape.
3) The photo shows pattern and rhythm.
4) The first image and filter combination is my favorite since the image looks like bark but with a filter it looks like something that could be used for a movie poster.

landscape

  1. Yes, I used the rule of thirds. I emphasized it with the land.
  2. I used balance between the field and the hills.
  3. My image was taken around 9:30 A.M. It wash't a great time to take the shot but I didn't have much of a choice.
  4. I angled the camera downward to place the field in the foreground and keep the hills and sky as a blending background.

1) I think that the channel mixer method produced the best result.
2) Each image had a large value range.

macro lens shots

1) Using the macro lens was really cool. My shots all turned out awesome.
2) My favorite shot is the second one because it looks like a reptile.
3) The third shot shows the best use of the rule of thirds.
